Said lands to be sold for not less than the appraised value per acre as above set forth and upon the following terms, to-wit: One-fourth of the purchase money, cash in hand at time of sale, together with interest on the residue for one year in advance at the rate of 6 per cent, per annum; the residue of said purchase price to be paid in ten years from date of sale, with interest on deferred payments at the rate of 6 per cent, per annum, payable annually. Said purchaser or purchasers, as the case may- be, will upon such sale receive a certificate of purchase of such land or lands as may be purchased. entitling said purchase or purchasers, as the case may be. to a deed upon full payment of the purchase price.
