TWO AUTO DRIVERS COLLIDED

Squire Bussell Called on to Adjust Damages to the Cays. Two automobiles being driven by Roy Helsel and Albert Swing, Jr., collided on a bridge near Lee recently and both machine were damaged somewhat. Helsel contended that the fault of the accident lay with Swing, and brought suit for damages in Squire C. W. Bussell’s court in Hanging Grove township. The case was heard Friday afternoon, and after the evidence was all in, including that of an automobile repair man who estimated that the damage to Helsel’s car exceeded that done to Swing’s car by about $6, the Squire gave the former damages to that extent.
