Conscription List Stolen.

Indianapolis. Aug. 3. —The official conscription list for Marion county, outside of Indianapolis, was stolen from the office of Hugh McClendon during the night. The board was unable to begin the draft. A new list of over 2,0Q0 names must be made from the muster sheets.
