NOTIUH OF LETTING (XIN TRACT FOR SCHOOL HOUSE Notice is hereby given that sealed bide will be received by me at my office In the town of Parr, Jasper county, Indiana, until 2 o’clock p. m. SATURDAY, AUGUST 18, 1917, for the building, erection and completion of a two-story brick school house building, with basement, in district .las—per county, Indiana, according to plans and specifications on file in my office. At the same time and place sealed bids will be received for the heating and ventilation of the said building according to plans and specifications on file in my office. At the same time and place sealed bids will be received for the water supply system according to plans and specifications on file In my office. A certified check for. the sum of S3OO, payable to George H. Hammerton, trustee, must accompany each bid on heating and ventilating. A certified check for the sum of $25, payable to George H. 11ammerton, trustee, must accompany each bld on water supply system. The checks deposited with each of the above bids to become the property of the said trustee as liquidated damages by the bidder to whom contract is awarded should the said bidder fail to enter into contract and give bond according to law within five (5) days after being notified that his bid has been accepted. Plans may be obtained from the trustee or the architect, Samuel Young, Monticello, Indiana, upon a deposit of $5 to the party from whom plans are obtained, which sum will be refunded if plans are returned in r good condition to the party from whom obtained on or before the day of letting contract.
