NOTICE OF DITCH LETTING Notice is hereby given that the trustee of Jordan township, Jasper county, Indiana, will, at the law office of Williams & Dean, in the I. O. O. F. building in Rensselaer, Indiana, up to 2 o'clock p. m. ot Saturday, July 28, 1917, receive bids for the improvement by cleaning the following ditches in said Jordan township:. The Cain ditch. The Sage ditch. The Eck ditch. < The Reed ditch. The Bartoo ditch. Plans and specifications on file in my office in Jordan township showing the number of cubic yards of excavation, where excavation is necessary, and the work to b& performed by sections of 10® feet. Bidders will be required to file a certified check with their bid in the sum of SIOO. conditioned that it awarded contract they will within five (5) days enter into a contract and give bond with two freehold sureties in a sum not less than double the amount of the contract so awarded.
