REMINGTON MAN DIED MONDAY
Herman Baxter Succumbed to Sudden Attack of Apoplexy. Herman Baxter, a well-known retired farmer of Gilboa township, Benton county, but for the past several years a resident of Remington, died Monday morning from a stroke of apoplexy. He had not been ill but was stricken suddenly and passed away before help could be rendered. Mr. Baxter’s wife died several years ago and he is survived by five sons and one daughter. Deceased was an uncle of .Mrs. S. H. Cornwell of this city. . Funeral the Gilboa -church ’Thursday morning, Rev. C. W. Postill of this city preaching the sermon, and burial made in the Gilboa cemetery.
