BELGIAN BISHOP IS JAILED

Several Priests, Mercier Aids, Arrested and Imprisoned in Germany. Amsterdam, June 29. —According to the Telegraaf, several priests of the entourage of Cardinal Mercier, primate of Belgium, were arrested recently and imprisoned in Germany. One' of them is Bishop Legralve of Malines. Twenty others, the newspaper says, have been imprisoned in Belgium.
