MAY NOW REGISTER TO VOTE

Registration Books Opened Yesterday for Sixty Days. The registration books for Jasper county were opened yesterday, and it will be necessary for all voters to register if they would exercise the right of franchise in choosing constitutional delegates next September. The books will be open for sixty days, and registrations may be made at any time within that period either in person or by properly filling out the registration blank and mailing same to the registration board. Al! blanks so mailed must be properlv witnessed. Persons to be eligible to register must be twenty-one years old on or before the day of election, and must .have been a resident of the state six months, township sixty days and precinct thirty days.
