NOTICE To James B. McCann: You are hereby notified that the undersigned did on the 4th day of June, A. D. 1917, file in the office of the auditor of Jasper county, Indiana, their petition praying for the location, establishment and construction of a tile drain upon and over the following described route, to-wit: Beginning at a point about oneeighth (1-8) mile north of the southwest corner of the southeast quarter of section seventeen (17), township thirty (30) north, range seven (7) west, in. Jasper county, state of Indiana, and running from thence in a general southeasterly direction to the east side of the highway running north and south, between sections 20 and 21 in the township and range aforesaid, following the line of an already existing tile drain; thence due south along the east side of said highway a sufficient distance to avoid the quicksand in the -west half of the northwest quarter of section 21, township 30 north, range 7.- west; thence due east until said line of ditch will connect with an already existing tile drain; thence following The route of said last mentioned drain to its outlet in the Iroquois river near the center of said section 21 aforesaid. You are further notified that lands belonging to you are described in said petition as _ lands which will be benefited by said improvement petitioned for in th© event that the same is ordered established, and that the petitioners have endorsed on their petition as the day for the docketing of said petition the 3rd day, of July, A. D. 1917® file in the office of the auditor of Jasper county, in the state or Indiana, their petition praying for the location, establishment and construction of a tile drain upon and over the following described route, to-wit: Commencing at a point where an already existing open drain empties into the Firman Thompson et al ditch in the southwest (S. W. 14) quarter of section fifteen (15), township thirty (30) north, range seven (7) west, in Jasper county, state of Indiana, and running from said point in a general westerly direction following the line of said open ditch, through said section fifteen (15) and section sixteen (16) in said township and range, to a point 25 feet west of the right of way of the Chicago, Indianapolis & Louisville Railway in said section sixteen (16), township and range aforesaid. You are further notified that lands belonging to you are described in said petition as lands which will be benefited by said improvement petitioned for in the event that the same is ordered established and that the petitioners have endorsed on their petition as the day for docketing of said petition the 3rd day of July, A.
