Soldiers Without Money Can Quit.

Fort Harrison, Indianapolis, May 25. The army instructors in the officers reseiwe camp here offered to release from service all men who felt unable to Continue because of lack of monej. As many of the men had entered the camp under the impression that they would receive SIOO a month, several Student officers telegraphed to Senator Harry’ S. New explaining the situation. Mr. New replied that within ten days a law would be passed giving the men SIOO a month.
