The conscription board in Newton county has been made complete by the appointment of ten precinct registrars, the township trustee being chosen in each case. They are as follows: Grant township, James Bell; Jefferson, William Martin; Iroquois, J. R. Hershman; Washington, Frank Brewer; Beaver, C. W. Timmons; Jackson, G. A.
