Valparaiso, April 16. —James H, hfcGill, state Democratic leader of dry forces and pacifist, declared here today at a big patriotic meeting that, surely no American will keep more than a small per cent in excess of a SIO,OOO income, while he asks his neighbor to risk his life for much less."
