Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the boafd of county commissioners of Jasper county, Rensselaer, Indiana, up to 2 p. m. May 8, 1917, at which date and hour all proposals will be opened ’ for the painting, decorating, etc., in the court house, in accordance with specifications prepared therefor by A. Wasson Coen, architect, and on file in the office of the county commissioners. Bidders will be required to furnish a bond in the full amount of -the contract. No pronosal ■in excess of six thousand five hundred dollars ($6,5001 will be considered. The commissioners do not obligate themselves to accept tfie lowest or any other bid.
