Richard Olney, -well-known statesman and former secretary of state and attorney general of the United States, died Sunday evening at his home near Boston at the age of 82 years. August Heilman of Otterbein was terribly injured Monday morning when a team of horses he was driving ran away at his farm, nine miles northwest of Otterbein. Another was foreman at a large farming machinery plant while two others were under suspicion of having taken photographs of important railway structures near Chicago. Ths seventh was employed by a large packing concern. Federal agents refused to comment on the detention of the men.
