LOW AVERAGE TEMPERATURE

Aside from temperatures somewhat below the seasonable average, the past few days have been quite spring-like. Saturday and '-Sunday a cold, rdw wind prevailed, but this suicided Monday and yesterday was clear and warmer. Monday morning the early morning train from Cincinnati bore considerable snow, that city having experienced a regular winter blizzard. At 2 o’clock yesterday afternoon the thermometer at The Democrat office registered 52 degrees.
