CRUMP MURDER TRIAL NOW ON 'Fowler, March 19. —In the circuit court this morning Judge Wason of Delphi, sitting as special judge in the case of, the state of Indiana vs. Jesse Crump, called the case for trial and the work of impaneling the jury was started. Mr. Crump is charged with the murder of Donald McGregor on June 27, [ 1916, in a conflict over the form-' er’s dog. It is very difficult to procure a jury on account of the case being tried in this county and | the first jury disagreed. The attorneys are now working on the special venire of fifty names and will probably draw another venire this evening for an additional fifty.
