BROUGHT HERE FOR BURIAL
Pierre Thompson, a former resident of Rensselaer, died at North Judson last Thursday of heart trouble and other complications and the body * was brought here for burial Saturday morning, and taken direct to St. Augustine’s Catholic church where the funeral services were held and burial made in Mt. Calvary cemetery, south of town. Deceased was born September 8, 1886, and was 30 years and 6 months of age at the time of his death. He spent the most of his life in Rensselaer, and on May 1 last went to North Judson where he engaged in the restaurant business. |HJe had been a sufferer from enlargement of the heart for about six years, but had been able to be about most of time, and his last illness was only of about two weeks’ duration. Deceased is survived by a wife, his father, James Thompson; two brothers, Terrence of Detroit, Michigan, and Charles of Chicago, and one sister, Mrs. Charles Bowers, of west of Rensselaer. One brother, a sister and his mother preceded him in death.
