Only Contest at Primary Gives City Clerk Nomination. »• The primary election in this city Tuesday was a tame affair. There was but one contest before the people—that for the Republican nomination for city clerk—and an exceedingly light-vote was cast. A ever, there was more interest among the Republicans because of ' this fact.
