BIG PUBLIC SALE As I am going to move to Illinois, I will sell at public auction at my place, 7 miles north and 1% miles east of Rensselaer and 1% mjles east of Aix, the fallowing property, commencing at 10 a. on WEDNESDAY, FEB. 21, 1917, 11 Head of Horses — Consisting of 1 9-year-old bay horse, wt. 1400; 1 horse, 5 years old, general purpose horse, wt. 1200; 1 bay mare, 12 years old, in foal to Herman Schultz horse, wt. 1050; 1 coming _v £■■■-> &A 3-year-old bay mare, wt. 1200; 1 sorrel gelding, coming 3 years old, trottfhg stock, wt. about 1100; 1 mare, 2 years old; 1 yearling colt; 4 spring horse colts, good ones.
14 JJead of Cattle— -Consisting of 1 red cow, 9 years old, calf by side; 1 red cow, 4 years old, giving milk; 1 black cow, 5 years old, will be fresh soon; ® 3 2-year-old heifers, ■will be fresh in April ; 4 coming 2-year-old heifers, in calf; 1 Shorthorn bull nearly full blood, will be 2 years old in March, a good one; 2 yearling steers; 1 8-months-old bull calf, a good one. These cattle are all in good condition. Farm Implements— Consisting of 1 fertilizer drill, used only two seasons, a good one; 1 David Bradley corn planter with fertilizer attachment and 80 rods of wire; 1 old wagon; 1 top buggy, nearly new; 1 riding cultivator; 1 walking cultivator; 1 hay rack, nearly new; 1 harrow cart; 1 Peoria scoopboard; 1 small watering tank; 1 set of farm harness; 3 sets of single harness; about 120 bushels of seed oats; 2 or 3 tons of hay, elover and timothy, mixed; 1 6-foot crosscut saw, nearly new; about 20 bushels of timothy seed, recleaned; 3 bushels of clover seed; "B dozen chickens; 2 pairs of tame rabbits, some household goods, and other articles too numerous to mention.
