'ISOO, sound, well broke and an extra good worker; grey mare, 12 years, Wt. 1550, sound, a good worker and in foal to Barkley horse. About 15 tons of good timothy hay in stacks. 125 bushels of extra good yellow ear corn in crib. A few bushels of seed corn. 13 Head Cattle— Part Jersey cow 6 years; Polled Durham cow, 6 years; Shorthorn cow, 8 years; Hereford cow, 4 years; Hereford heifer. 2 years.
