Having a surplus of stock I will sell at public auction at the Hemphill hitch barn in Rensselaer, commencing at 2 p. m., on SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 1917, the following property: 2 Horses— Consisting of 1 dun mare, 12 years old, weight 1400, in foal to Makeever’s Percheron horse, an extra good Work and brood mare; 1 mare coming 3 years old, ■weight 1200. 12 Head of Cattle — Consisting of 8 head of coming yearling heifers; 2 coming yearling steers; 1 coming ill* yearling Hereford bull; 1 young Hereford calf, 2 -weeks old. All good quality. Positively no by-bidding. I don’t need this stuff and am going to sell it and have no bid on it. Terms — Sums of $lO and under cash.
