Miller estate, 1 mile south ,and U mile west of Parr, 9 miles northwest of Rensselaer and 8 miles northeast of Mt. Ayr, commencing at 10 a. m., on WEDNESDAY, FEB. 7, 1917, 10 Head oT Korses and Colts—Consisting of 1 black mare, coming 4 wears old, in ; s foal to Percheron horse, wt. 1620; 1 black mare, coming 5 years old, wt. 1320; 1 sorrel mare, wt. 1300, a good brood mare; 1 general purpose team, 6 and 7 years old, well broke, .single and double, wt. 2340;. 1 bay mate, coming 9 years old, in foal to jack, wt. 1400. These mares are sound and good workers; 1 sorrel Alley, coming 3 years old; 1 black Alley, coming 2 years old; 2 last spring colts, good ones. 5 Head of Cattle— Consisting of 1 black cow, coming 7 years old, with calf by side; 1 Jersey cow, coming 7 years old, w’ill be fresh in March; 1 Jersey cow, 6 years old, w’ill be fresh before day of sale; 2 heifer calves, ’ coming 1 year old. 11 Head of Hogs— Consisting of 1 brood sow, and 10 shotes, wt. about 60 pounds each good ones. Wagons and Implements—Consisting of 1 Birdsell wagon, 3-inch tire, nearly new; 1 spring wagon; 1 top buggy, bought new last spring and is practically as good as new; 1 Corn King manure spreader, in good running order; 1 16-inch Janesville sulky plow; 2 walking plows; 1 15-foot flexible harrow; 1 John Deere disc, 7-foot cut; 2 riding cultivators; 1 Kentucky corn planter, bought new last spring with 80 rods of wire; 1 Hayes corn planter with* fertilizer attachment, nearly new; 1 hay rake; 1 hay rack; several sets of doubletrees; 1 iron kettle. Most of these tools have been used only a few years and are nearly as good as ndw. Household Goods— Consisting of 1 soft coal heater; 1 kitchen range; 1 cupboard; 1 cabinet; 1 bureau; t set of chairs; several bedsteads with springs; several dozen crocks, and other articles of minor importance. Terms— A credit of 10 months will be given on sums over $lO with 6 per cent interest from date; if not paid when due 8 per cent from date. 2 per cent off for cash where entitled to credit. LEVI M.
