W. 14) of section seventeen (17), in township twenty-seven (27) north, of Range sevenr (7 ) west, containing 160 acres more or less, except seven-eights (7-8) of an acre in the southwest corner of the southwest quarter, In Jasper county, Indiana. Now, therefore, the said defendants are hereby notified that unless they be and appear on the Btji day of the next term of the Jasper circuit court, to be holden on the second Monday of February, 1917, at the court house In Rensselaer,' in said county and state, and answer or demur to said coriiplainjt, the same will be heard and determined in their absence.
