Now, therefore, the said defendants are hereby notified that unless they be and appear on the Bth day of the next term of the Jasper circuit court, to be holden on the second Monday of February, 1917, at the court house in Rensselaer, in said conntv and state, and answer or demur to said complaint, the same will he heard and determined in their absence.
