Indianapolis, November 18. —The plurality of Charles Evans Hughes over Woodrow Wilson in Indiana at the recent election, as shown by the official count of the vote for the first presidential elector on the Republican and the Democratic tickets, was 6,942. The total vote for Evans Woollen, the first elector on the Democratic ticket, was 334,063, and the vote for Walter J. Riley, the first elector on the Republican ticket, was 341,005. The official count of the vote for the first elector was completed at the office of the secretary of state Friday afternoon. Several days will be required to complete the official count of the vote for the remainder of the tickets.
