JEWISH PAPERS RAISE PRICE New York. November 6. —The high cost of print paper and other material was given today aa the basis for a decision of the five big Jewish dailies here to raise v the price of their newspapers from 1 cent to 2 cents. The change will take effect Wednesday. The combined circulation of the five dailies is said to be in excess of 500,000.
