ALVA D. HERSHMAN

of Gillam township, who is the Democratic candidate for clerk of the Jasper circuit court, is a man exceptionally well qualified for this position and is as clean as a whistle. Mr. Hershman is a native of Jasper county and a former school teacher. He is a quiet and unassuming gentleman but is a man of capability and is held in very high esteem by all who know him.
