Charles R. Pollard of Delphi, special judge in the Ambia and Fowler bank cases, Thursday at Fowler rendered his decision relative to the fees for the attorneys. Also as to the fee of Willard Elliott, receiver. The law firm of McConnell, Jenkins, Jenkins & Stuart of Logansport, attorneys for the receiver, are to receive SIO,OOO. They asked $12,000. Receiver Elliott’s claim was for $6,000 and he had received the money. He was allowed $4,200 and was ordered to return s sl,Boo, in addition to sll,493.17 shortage through error.
