William Traub made a business trip to Chicago yesterday. Prof. Otto Braun of Lowell, the band director, was in Rensselaer on business Wednesday. H. R. Kurrie and family went to Chicago Wednesday to reside during the winter months. Mrs. E. B. Caster of Lafayette came Wednesday to visit her daughter, Mrs. E. B. Hewitt, of Gifford. Miss Jennie Comer, the trained nurse, returned to Chicago Wednesday after a short visit here with relatives. Mrs. H. Anderson of Chicago returned home Wednesday after a week’s visit here with Mrs E. J. Gamester. Just received, oui new pack of self-rising buckwheat and pancake flour in 10c and 25c packages.— HOME GROCERY. Mrs. John Meyers of Kniman, who is taking treatment with a Rensselaer doctor, was the dinner guest of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Smith Wednesday. Mrs. “Billy’’ Frye returned home Wednesday from a visit with her brother, Roy C. Stevenson, of Bonesteel, South Dakota, and her sister, Mrs. O. D. Hefner, at Minneapolis, Minnesota.
