To Register Guardsmen.

Indianapolis. Fred Van Nuys, a Democratic leader, has reached the camp of the Indiana National Guard at Llano Grande, Tex., to obtain the registration of the Democrats in the guard. A representative of the Republican party will follow soon. Although there is no state law allowing the troops to vote when on duty and there is no assurance that they will be home by November, both parties are anxious to See that their voters are properly registered. «
