Huff et al for a drain. Cause No. ....... TO John C. Vanatta, John Clapp, Richard M. Halligan, Patrick Halligan, D. S. Makeever, Charles W. Bussell,John J. Lawler, and the Civil Township of Hanging Grove by W. E. Poole, Trustee, You and each of you are hereby notified that the petitioners in the above entitled cause have filed their petition in the office of the Auditor of Jasper County, Indiana, praying for the construction of a drain upon and along the following described route, to-wit: Commencing at a point near the center of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section 16, township 29 north, range 5 west, in Jasper County, Indiana, thence running in a general southwesterly direction to a point on the east side of the public highway about 80 rods west bf the center of section 21, said township and range; thence south about 40 rods to the line of the old Poole ditch; thence northwesterly, following the line of said ojd ditch to a point near the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of'section 20, said township and range, Where the proposed ditch will have a good and sufficient outlet In the Poole ditch.
