A Birthday Celebration.

On Sunday, August 27, a number of friends and relatives gathered at the country home of Mr. and Mrs. John Hoeferlin in Lewiston, iji honor of the former’s sixty-ninth birthday anniversay. All came xHth well filled baskets and at noon a bounteous repast was served, which was greatly enjoyed by all. The day was spent by recalling olden times, games and music. Those present were: Mrs. Geo. Stalbaum and son Fred of Test; Mrs. John Fitzpatrick of Francesville; Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Keller of Hammond; Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hoeferlin and son Francis of Buckcreek; Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Hoeferlin and son Lawrence of Brook; Mr. and Mrs. John Newcomb and children, Delos and Margaret Jane, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Smith and children, Helen and Carl, Mr. and Mrs. Mermon Tudor and sons, Raymond, Luther and Denver; Mrs. # Harry Bimslager and daughter Margaret, Messrs.
