Marriage licenses issued/: August 30, Russell James Kunce, of Noble county, Indiana, aged 38 October 11 last, occupation farmer, to Floy Ellen Williams of Jasper county, aged 29 June 29 last, occupation school teached. Second marriage for male, first marriage dissolved by death in 1908. First marriage for female. Sept. 1, Joseph Robert Stanley of Milford, 111., aged 21 Sept. 11 last, occupation farmer, to Florence May Wolfe of Newland* aged 18 April 12 last, occupation housekeper. First marriage for each.

Attorney Jasper Guy was over from Remington Thursday and filed for probate the will of Mrs. Kate Moorhead, who died at her home in Remington some two years ago. This will, which is the latest will known to be in existence of decedent, was only recently found. It was executed Nov. 18, 1906, and bequeaths to Dr. Besser of Remington, who is said to have been owed several hundred dollars, for doctor bill, the home of decedent; a niece, Nina Weiser OswaJJ, all household goods and clothing, and to Naper Weiser, a nephew, is bequeathed all money and other property of which deceased might have at time of her death. The will was witnessed by Mrs. Ira W. Yeoman and Mrs. Wm .Sharkey. No. 8658. Elma Brown vs. Charles A. Brown; action for divorce. The complaint alleges that the parties were married in IS6 and lived together as husband and wife until 1914. Plaintiff alleges that for two years and more before separation the defendant failed to make reasonable provision for her support and that of their family, although he was well able to do so ; that prior to their separation the defendant, by reason of his laziness and refusal to labdr and thereby earn a living, permitted the household goods and furniture to be sold under chattel mortgage, thereby leaving plaintiff without a home or place in which to live; that thereupon the plaintiff left defendant and came to ner parents in Rensselaer. They have one son, 16 years of age.
