You and each of you are hereby notified that the undersigned have filed in I the White circuit court, of White county, Indiana, their petition for the drainage of lands owned by them and fully described in said petition by means of an open ditch of sufficient capacity over the route described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of section thirty-six (36), township twenty-eight (28) north, range six (6) west, in White county, Indiana, and running thence east 5300 feet; thence south 45 degrees east 500 feet; thence east 3000 feet; thence north fB% degrees east 400 feet; thence north 1400 feet; thence north 30 degrees east 1536 feet; thence east 8114 feet; thence south 42 degrees east 2080 feet; thence east 6270 feet; thence south 65 degrees east 700 feet; thence south 75 degrees east 2400 feet; thence east 6600 feet; thence north 68% degrees east 1550 feet; where said proposed ditch enters the main Hoagland et al ditch, at a point near the southeast corner of the northeast quarter Of the northeast quarter of section thirty-six (36), township twenty-eight (28) north, range five (5) west, in White county, Indiana, thence following down stream in the channel of the said Eli Hoagland et al ditch in a general northeasterly direction, cleaning out, deepening and making a greater fall in said Eli Hoagland et al ditch to a point near the northeast corner of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section twenty-one (21), township twenty-eight (28) north, range four (4) west, in White county, Indiana, and there terminates with a good and sufficient outlet. Also a branch to said main proposed ditch to be constructed partly with draifi tile and part to be open ditch over the following described route, to-wit: Commencing at a point forty (40) rods east of the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of section twenty (20), township twenty-seven (27) north, range five (5) west, in White county, Indiana, thence following as near as practicable on the west side of a small tile ditch known as the William E. Fox et al ditch, which was established by the board of commissioners of White county, Indiana, on February 4th, 1907, in a general northerly direction to a point near the southeast corner of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of section four (4), township twenty-seven (27) north, range five (5) west, in White county, Indiana, thence following in the channel as nearly as practicable of an old open ditch known as the James and Burch ditch, in a general northeasterly direction to a point near the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of section thirty-four (34), township twentyeight (28) north, range five (5) west, and there terminates in said main proposed ditch with a good and sufficient outlet. And it is alleged in said petition that certain lands in Jasper and White counties, in the state of Indiana, owned by you, and fully described in said petition, will be affected and benefitted by the drainage prayed for in said petition. You are further notified that said petition has been filed in the office of the clerk of the White circuit court, of White county, Indiana, and that the same has been set for hearing and docketing and will be heard and docketed In v said White circuit court, at the court house in the city of Monticello, in White county, Indiana, on Monday the 18thday of September, 1916.
