HL, Sunday and spent the day with Miss Marie Kepner, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Kepner, former residents of Rensselaer. Miss Daniels remained to spend the week with Miss Kepner. Joe .Myers and daughter Elizabeth and son Frank of Pittsburg, Pa., came Friday for a few weeks visit with his mother, Mrs. Meyer and sister, Mrs. Mary Meyer Healey. Mr. Ind Mrs. Frank P. Meyer of Danville, 111., are also here to visit home folks, having driven up Monday in their big Cole touring car. Mel Abbott has bought of Simon Hochstetler, the former C. G. Spitler residence and two acres of ground across the Morion tracks from the depot, just north of the Harry* Gallagher restaurant, now occupied by Mr. Hochstetler, and will move into same about September 1, The Democrat is Informed. The consideration has not been made public as yet.
