Expenditures and Tax Levies for the Year 1917.
The trustee of Union township, Jasper county, Indiana, proposes fcr the next yearly expenditures and tax levies by the advisory board, at its annual meeting, to be held at the school house of school district No. 7, Tuesday, September. 5, 1916, at 2 o'clock p. m., the following estimates and amounts for the said year: Township expenditures, $4,020, and township tax 30 cents on the hundred dollars. Local tuition expenditures, $5,000, and local tuition tax 35 cents on the hundred dollars. Special school expenditures, $5,360, and special school tax 40 cents on the hundred dollars. <• Road expenditures, $3,500, and road tax 25 cents on the hundred dollars. Additional road expenditures, sl,340, and road tax 10 cents on the hundred dollars. Poor expenditures for preceding year, $670, and poor tax 5 cents on the hundred dollars. Special school bonds expenditures, $2,680, and tax 20 cents on the hundred dollars. The total expenditures recommended, $22,570, and total tax levy $1.65 on the hundred dollars.
