KILLS HIMSELF WITH RIFLE Mount Pleasant, la., Business Man Ends Life by Putting Bullet Through Head. Mount Pleasant, la., July 21.—Frank O’Connor, thirty-one years old, one of Mount Pleasant’s prominent business men, killed himself at his residence by shooting himself in the head with a rifle. A widow and a child survive him. Will Not Execute Casement. Washington, July 21.—Sir Roger Casement, convicted of high treason against the British crown, will escape the penalty of death.
