Second Attack in a Week Occurs at Spring Lake, N. J.—Boy's Legs Bitten Off. Spring Lake, N. J., July 7.—While hundreds of summer visitors on the beach and in the south-end pavilion looked on helpless, Charles Bruder, a bather, was attacked by a shark and lost both his legs.
