The plaintiffs in the above entitled cause have filed their complaint, together with an affidavit that plaintiffs do not know whether the defendants, E. G. Franklin. Egington Franklin and Rose Cohen, are living or dead., or their legal residence; whether married or not'; and that they do not know the name or whereabouts of the husband or wife, or widower or widow of such persons, as the ease may be, if in fact there are such husband or wife, or widower or widow.
