D., 1916, William Folger and others filed in the office of the county auditor of Jasper county, Indiana, their, petition in duplicate and a bonds for costs, which said petition asks for the construction of a tile ditch for the purpose of draining the lands of the petitioners and lands which are shown by the transfer books in the auditor’s office of Jasper county, Indiana, to belong to you and which lands likely to be affected by said proposed improvement are described in said petition. Commencing at the outlet of the main line of the Mary M. Potts ditch and extending said main line a distance of about three hundred (300) feet where it will -have a good and sufficient outlet in an already existing open ditch, and by the cleaning
