Notice is hereby given that the hospital trustees of the Jasper county public hospital will receive sealed bids for the construction of the proposed new public hospital building in Rensselaer, Indiana, Blds wilt be received until two o’clock p. m. on Monday, May 1, 1916, at which time bids will be opened at the office of the chairman of the board of trustees in the First National Bank at Rensselaer, Indiana. And each bid must be accompanied by a certified check in a sum equal to ten per cent of the bid to guarantee that contract will be executed and bond given as provided by law in the event the bid is accepted and contract awarded, Bids will be received for the construction of the building complete according to plans. and specifications, and also for the construction of the building according to the plans and specifications excepting the heating and plumbing, and also for the heating and plumbing, separately. Plans and specifications may be examined at the office of the chairman at the First National Bank at' Rensselaer, Indiana, on and after April the 14, 1916, and by depositing ten dollars in cash prospective bidders may procure the use of a set of plans and specifications. And the board reserves the right th reject any and all bids, and to let the contract for the building complete, or to let the contract for the building complete without the plumbing and heating, and to let the heating* separately for the Plumbing and J T>.
