Wood, Jr., Trustee; You and each of you are hereby notified that the petitioners in the above entitled cause have filed their petition in the office of the Auditor of Jasper County, Indiana, praying for the location and construction of a public drainage improvement upon and along the following described route, to-wit: Commencing at a point in the Garrison ditch about 20 rods South of the Northwest corner of the southwest quarter of section 31, township 28 north, range 6 west, in Jasper County, Indiana, and thence running northerly, along and near the range line road to a point near the northwest corner of said section 21 : thence running northeasterly, following the line of an old drain across sections 30, 29, 21 and 22, in said township and range to a point about 40 rods west of the northeast corner_of the northwest quarter of said section 22, where said proposed drain will have a good and sufficient outlet in the Garrison Ditch. You are further notified that you are named in said petition as being the owner of lands and easements which will be affected by the location and construction of the proposed improvement, and your lands are described therein. You are further notified that said petition is now pending, and will come up for hearing and docketing in the Commissioners’ Court of Jasper County, Indiana, on Monday, May 1, 1916. the same being the first day of the May term, 1916, of said Court.
