The Democrat is in receipt of an unsigned letter from Wheatfield, Ind., R-R-l, requesting us to change the address of the writer’s paper to the above address. The former address is not given, and as the letter Is not signed por is there any return card on the envelope, we have not the slightest idea who the writer is.
