Parent-Teachers’ Association Meeting.

The first meeting of the ParentTeachers’ association will be held in the high school Thursday evening, March'-O. Hon. George A. Williams will be the chief speaker. A good social program will be provided. Some of the aims and purposes of the association are as follows: 1. To make the school “our school,” rather than “public school.” 2. Establish closer relations between home and school. 3. To enable the parents and teachers to co-operate Intelligently in the education of the child. 4. To develop a wiser and more efficient parenthood. 5. To unite the home and school in the task of devolnlng good citizens. 6. To rouse the city to a sens" of’ its duty and responsibility to the whole of child life. ”
