Rolls Oil Into Dirt Road. -Kansas City, Mo., Feb. 7. A new system of making roads by adding oil to dirt was advocated by M, It. Cole of Excelsior Springs, Mo., who presented His plan to the Commercial club. Mr. Cole has applied for patents on His method and on a special machine. Under his plan a subsoil plow is nui at intervals of about a foot down tire roadbed, opening up a trench twenty inches deep. Oil is sprayed into these trenches as a base and then the road is surfaced by a machine which mixes the top dirt with. oil and rolls It,
