Off from the vestibule there is a coat closet, and off from the reception room there is a gtKxl sized toilet. The dining room is large, with a built in sideboard. Large pantry between the living room and dining room. In the second story there are four large chambers and bath ‘Maid’s room in the attic, if desired. Size thirty-two feet wide by thirty feet deep, exclusive of all projections. First story nine feet high, second story night feet, basement seven feet. Heights in the clear when finished. Cost to build, exclusive of heating and plumbing, about $4,200. Upon receipt of $1 the publisher of this paper will furnish a copy of Saxtun’s book of plans, “American Dwellings.” It contains over 300 designs costing from SI,OOO to $6,000; also a book of interiors, $1 per copy.
