BIRCHARD STORK TO MOVE.

Five and Ten Cent Store Will Go Into Makeever Bank Building Room. F. D. Burchard, proprietor of the 5 and 10 cent store, has rented the Makeever hank building room, just east of the Forsythe store building, which has been vacant for several months, and expects to get moved into same about December 1. Mr. Burchard has been after this room for some time, and made arrangements to lease same some time ago, but conditioned on the leasing by the owners of the room he now occupies, which also belongs to the Makeever estate. Failure to secure a renter for this room at the time, however, caused the plan to fall through with for the time being, but now he has leased the room without any conditions as to the room he now occupies, and will move into same as above stated. The new quarters are much larger, more centrally located and will better accommodate Mr. Burchard's constantly increasing business. He will put on a special removal sale to reduce his stock and make moving it to the new quarters less irksome. Read his ad in another part of today’s Democrat to learn what bargains he is offering.
