A very striking exterior, with brick veneer carried up to the height of the first story window sins, and the rough cast made of pure white, with cornice, rafter ends and window frames stain-
ed brown, and a moss green stain for the shingles on the roof. The brick would be a dark red, thus giving a very pleasing combination. Largo living room running across the entire side, and a sun room in front, closed off with French doors. Dining room, with built-in sideboard and china closets, with Mfb windows above same. Three chambers In the second story, and good closet space. Size, 30 feet wide and 20 feet deep, over the main part Full basement, 7 feet high. First story, 9 feet; second story, 8 feet. Finish, red oak or birch throughout first and second stories. Birch or maple floors throughout. Cost to build, exclusive of heating and plumbing, $3,200.
