COURT CONVENES MONDAY.

Grand Jury Not Called, But Petit Jury Called for Third Monday. The November term of the Jasper circuit court will convene next Monday, immediately following the October term in Newton county, which ends today. The docket is not large, a pretty thorough cleaning up having been made here at tne September term. ( The grand jury was drawn but not called; the petit jury is called for the third Monday, Nov. 22.
