Kendallville, Ind., Nov. I.—Dr. W. M. Perkins, 26 years old, captain of Company D, Indiana National Guard, died here today of injuries sustained ip an accident last night at Swan, Ind., in which his automobile overturned and pinned him beneath it, crushing his chest. He was on his way home from Pennville, having left his wife there to visit her parents. Dr. Perkins was an eye specialist. Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Kircher and their baby, who also were in, the Perkins’ car, were only bruised.
